What does it look like to build a home God’s way?

Psalm 127 reminds us that the home was God’s idea from the beginning, and if He’s the Architect, His plans are worth following. In Week 11 of Mixtape: Summer in the Psalms, we discover four people involved in building a biblical home: the Designer, the Builders, the Dwellers, and the Enjoyers.

Whether you’re married or single, raising kids or living in an empty nest, the principle is the same: “Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.” God doesn’t simply want to be invited to bless the life we’ve already designed. He wants us to discover His design and build alongside Him.

There are two sets of blueprints on the table: ours and God’s. Which one will we follow?
