Less Bite, More Bless

Your tongue may be small, but it can do serious damage. A careless comment, a cutting joke, or a juicy piece of gossip can burn down trust in seconds. So what do your words reveal about your heart? In Psalms 140 and 141, David asks God to deal with the evil around him, then realizes there is evil inside him too. The answer is not simply cleaning up our vocabulary. We need Jesus to forgive us, change our hearts, and teach us to use our words to give life instead of taking it.
