One of the deepest kinds of pain isn't what comes from strangers - but comes from people you love. Sometimes those people are even inside the church.

The Bible doesn't ignore that reality. In Psalm 55, David pours out his heart after experiencing betrayal from a close friend. Instead of pretending everything is okay, he brings his pain honestly before God.

This week we'll discover that while we can't always choose the hurt that happens to us, we can choose what happens to our hurt. We'll talk about healing, forgiveness, community, and the hope that Jesus offers to every wounded heart.
